Returns Policy:

30 days based on the original purchase date

Products need to be unused and in original packaging (unless specified otherwise by customer support team)

If purchased from a different marketplace, please contact them for returns, and return policies.

All returns must be authorized by customer support

Item(s) purchased must be returned to receive a refund

The Warranty Coverage does not include a refund service

Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories does not cover return costs for the following return reasons (not all inclusive):

Buyer error

Brightness not as expected (we are not able to guarantee that our lighting solutions are brighter than the lighting solution being replaced)

Color not as expected eg. "...too blue..." or "...doesn't match my existing lighting..."

"Not as good as my previous lighting"

Warranty exchange return shipments (Includes packaging)

Excessive install

Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories does not cover out-of pocket expenses related to the following (not all inclusive):

Any and all installation costs

Any and all return packaging costs

Any and all man hours required to install or remove a product from a vehicle

Most orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, eltvision.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Our standard shipping cost is $7.00 and up, depending on the total weight of the items.

 

Orders that qualify for free shipping under $25 may ship without tracking numbers. It is the customers responsibility to choose tracked shipping if that is what desired for those orders, as when it leaves the warehouse, it is out of Elite Visions control.
