If you are having issues right after they were initially installed on your vehicle, please check your products installation manual for troubleshooting, as there may be steps required to make your product work/perform up to standard!
If you have received a product that went defective (light went out, flickers, etc) within the 1 year warranty period (from date of purchase, non-resetting), we would like to apologize and will do our best for a speedy exchange of products!

Steps to take to warranty a product:
1: Send us an email at warranty@eltvision.com
Include:
Name
Order number from initial purchase
Description of issue
Once we receive your warranty exchange request and process it, you will be notified to ship the item to our returns department.
2: Send us the defective parts back.
Once we receive and process your items, we will send out new ones to you!

Warranty Terms
Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories does not ship replacement products for new orders or warranty exchanges until the original products are returned; we do offer partial part(s) replacements
All return costs associated with warranty exchanges are assigned to the buyer
All new products & new shipping costs associated with warranty exchange replacement product(s) shipment(s) are covered by Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories if shipped within North America
The warranty coverage does not offer an upgrade service
The warranty coverage is non-transferable
Valid proof-of-purchase from Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories required to file a claim
If products were purchased from a different retailer or off site channel, you will have to contact the original retailor for return information.
Warranty is void if order has been refunded by Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT PROVIDE A REFUND SERVICE; all Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories products are covered by a 30-Day return period. Thereafter, a store credit would be considered on a case by case basis
Elite Vision Advanced Automotive Accessories does not cover shipping, handling, customs fees or associated tariffs for warranty claim shipments to international addresses. We do not does cover the new part(s) or product but the associated costs are assigned to the buyer or claimer
The Warranty period begins on the day of purchase
The Warranty period does not reset for any reason

In some cases, we may ship upgraded or re-designed part(s), components or product(s) when the original version is not available
